About The RoleWe are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, based at our office in Maroochydore. We are looking for an individual who can manage competing priorities, deal confidently with senior stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced civil contractor environment. Key responsibilitiesOrganising the CEO’s/Director’s diary and calendarTaking Minutes and documentation of actionsCoordination and reporting of meetings with the national leadership teamArrange travel and accommodation requirements for CEO and DirectorEvent coordination and support with catering order requirementsOnboarding of new starters including organisation of PPE and travel arrangementsRaising Purchase Orders and Monthly client billingWorking in with the CEO to roll out business initiatives and strategyStakeholder engagement and communication About You:At least 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or similar - A mustSolid Computer literacy with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to use Canva and other software system platformsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong time management and organisationDisplay professionalism in all areas of the roleCurrent driving license WHAT WE OFFER:Whittens are committed to investing in our people and rewarding the skills and experience you bring.
